Transparency & Accountability

Meeting Frequency

Board meetings are held quarterly, typically on the third Saturday of the quarter at 6:00 PM EST. Special meetings may be called with 7 days notice.

Open Participation

All NYPA members in good standing may attend board meetings as observers. Voting rights are reserved for elected Board members.

Non-Partisan Mission

NYPA operates as a non-partisan, youth-led coalition. All policy positions are grounded in evidence, transparency, and the public interest.

General Bylaws

Official governing document of the National Youth Policy Alliance

The NYPA General Bylaws establish the organizational structure, membership rules, board responsibilities, meeting procedures, and governance standards that guide our operations. These bylaws were ratified at the inaugural board meeting and amended as required by the membership.
